  • Measure it out first so you won't have to think about how much you are actually eating. It's so easy to just munch away but when you only have a small portion in front of you then when you are finished with it then you won't feel so bad because you know exactly how much you ate.
  • Try not to let the number of what that digital scale says discourage you. You know you lost 25 pounds on the other scale and that means you lost 25 pounds dispite what the digital scale says. Now that you can get an accurate weight, start fresh but don't forget, you lost 25 pounds. Good job and keep up the good work!!…
  • I can't see your diary either. Try shocking your system with a different type of diet. I was stuck for a while and then I shocked my system and dropped my calorie intake a little. It worked for me and I'm on track to losing more weight again.
