I stayed home from work today, just reading my kindle, then saw this update and did three of the mini workouts linked above twice in a pause while binge reading. :) Perfect for stay at home do nothing day. I will try to do three of them twice each day at the office starting tomorrow.

I got it in 15 minutes of Just Dance on the Xbox, and 3500 steps today (starting small). I had to do two short walks to get all the steps, but I got them in. Yay! I appreciate this group, I hope it helps me stay motivated.
