OMG!!!! Yes, I am just here trying to convince myself to come back to MFP with my tail between my legs. In November Ms. angry decided to say !@!@!@ and eat what ever was in site and I have not been able to get it under control since. So theres been no exercise, no healthy eating no nothing. So when I am done writing here -…

I would touch base with a physiotherapist - I had that and it was the little tendons right under the knee cap and once I was taught how to deal with those, never had another problem. And, I did not have to buy anything:)

Thank you so much for sharing your story and congradulations on your successes. I read your blog and could truly relate and agree it's a mind and body journey:)

Yes, I have used the callenetics and you do loose those pesky love handles and get a good overall work out:)

Welcome to MFP, it is a really great site and there is a lot of support. I was a diet pepsi freak, now I am but suffer through it. Maybe once a month I let me self have one or two if I am having people over. I have noticed the last couple of times it makes me feel not so good. So I am hoping the longer the stretches in…

I hear you and I go to my friend posts and see that they are working thier butt off and I find just by reading thier posts it makes me want to be a part of this great journey. I would take PoshTaush up on her offer and join some of these groups - it gives you some other reason to do the workouts other than just to loose…

Working on my course, cleaning house and doing laundry is the plan. But considering my body figured it should wake up at 3:30 a.m. I really don't know what to day will be like. The only thing I have decided is that for sure I will be getting in two short 30 minute runs because I have not put in any exercise time in the…

It's funny, we were just talking about this last night at our weekly craft night and the common thread seems to be dairy - not sure if that will help, but those of us who have avoided dairy for the last 6 month, year etc. have seemed to lost this issue. One of the girls is on a medditerrain (spelling???, anyway) and their…

I usually just have one soft egg on one slice of WW bread - you don't need butter because the yoke softens the toast. the other I often have is 1/2 a banana and 1tbsp of peanut butter:)

I don't know if it's evenings, but for me it's been a few days - I am frusterated that I even have to do this. Why did I get like this and why do I now have to go through this - ugh!@!@. So ya sorry for my vent, but I guess that's part of being part of this group - the reality is we do need to vent because we do feel like…

Many many reasons -but the funnest being shoes. The stronger your legs the more comfortable you are in your heels, and I love shoes - LOL:)

I kind of laugh about this - I have never experienced haters. But a few years ago I was 220+ and if I dressed nice etc. I used to get all kinds of compliments then I lost 40lbs and the compliments stopped. I laugh, because I am still heavy, but now I was getting close to their weight and the compliments turned to "checkin…

I soooooo hear you. I sometimes hate keeping busy at home, especially if I have had a busy week at work, but if I don't then I find my hand in the cookie jar. One thing that has been working for me is the timer - I am working on a distance education course (whic this has also helped me focus on this course also) I set the…
