Congratulations! It must have felt great to hit the 100lb mark! You look fantastic!

Never even heard of it before you posted, but it looks pretty cool. A pedometer/sleep tracker on crack :) However, yet another fitness site to log into might be overkill?

I'm completely with you. Pizza is my # favorite food and I'm not eating bread products anymore.. I tried to make little zucchini pizzas but its just not the same. Sigh. LOL So the good thing is since I'm not hungry, I'm not craving pizza. But I still remember how much I love it :)

Work out whenever you will actually work out. Whenever you have the most energy and it feels good to get some activity in. If you're a morning person, working out first thing in the AM is great because you KNOW if nothing else, you worked out, even if life gets crazy the rest of the day. Working out in the evening after…

I completely understand the craving! I wanted to share this recipe with you --- when you roast broccoli this way it gets wonderfully brown and crispy and may satisfy that "crunchy" desire for chips minus all the starchy carbs. Hope its helpful! Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Several heads of broccoli TB or so of Extra Virgin…

I just realized we have very similar starting weights and goals!! Your success is very motivating for me :)

My favorite thing right now is roasted broccoli with garlic. Really Really simple -- basically the Perricone Broccoli recipe from his website, but I've adjusted it a little because I didn't think the lemon or parm cheese was necessary. Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Several heads of broccoli TB or so of Extra Virgin Olive…

Major difference in your pictures! You are totally changing your body shape. It is hard to see the changes in ourselves because they happen so incrementally and you see yourself in the mirror everyday, but don't be hard on yourself, you are doing great!!

I just cooked with cabbage for the very first time today. I made a Red Cabbage Slaw and it turned out GREAT! Couldn't have been happier with it. Very healthy too -- just cabbage, red onion, grated carrot, and an apple with 1/4 balsamic vinegar, 2TB EVOO, and a little sugar. It was delicious. I will be experimenting with…

Your body needs rest, 3hrs might be overkill

Thanks Nutshel! Best of luck to you on your weightloss/health journey. I agree this site is great :) "There are even certain fruits and vegetables that must be avoided altogether! – for example; Banana, Cantaloupe, Dried fruit (all varieties), Grapes, Honeydew, Orange, Pineapple, Watermelon, Yams, Pumpkin, White Potatoes,…

Yeah, his re-sensitizing to leptin explanation makes so much sense to me -- converting your body from being a sugar burner to a fat burner. I am very early on the plan but already not having any cravings and don't feel hungry at all. He is so right that willpower will bow to hunger every time.

Congratulations!! It must feel great to see such a clear sign of progress and success! Celebrate with another outfit or a manicure or something! :)

Congratulations! You look great! Keep up the good work!

You can definitely do it! That you were in such good shape not that long ago works in your favor. A lot of people have a lot more damage/years to undo. Enjoy the site!

Welcome! I just started too! Good luck! You'll do great!

Water is the best --- I like to slice up lemons and limes to put in a big jug to carry around all day. Tastes great and drinking that much water fills you up too!

Thanks! I actually was surprised I was able to do it because I'm pretty out of shape. It was .62mile swim, 17.5mile bike and a 3.4 mile run which I did in about 3hrs 20min. I'm very happy to have completed my goal of just finishing one! Hopefully over the next year with training and diet I'll be able to shave a bunch of…
