Hi!! Was surprised to see one of my posts still in the "recent" category! Let's see... I lost a total of 46 lbs on Isagenix last year!! It was from Dec 23, 2013 until June 1, 2014. Then I had major surgery and couldn't exercise for a couple of months. I maintained my loss without much concern or effort (unreal for me)…

I used to stress about calorie intake (pre-Isagenix). 1200, 1500, 2000... drove myself insane tracking. NOW, I find I gravitate to 1200-1350 calories naturally with the 2 shakes and a 400-600 calorie meal. I add fruit to my shakes most of the time so that helps. Then a 100-200 calorie snack in the afternoon and I generally…

I asked the same thing in a FB group a while ago and everyone was like... DITTO!!! Very common.

I started 12/22/12! While I won't get to my final goal within this challenge, it's a good incentive to keep moving!!!

Thanks! After I thought about it, I realized that I probably read your response to literally. But thanks for the confirmation. :) Hmmm, I'm not eating enough... guess I'll have to rectify that little "problem". Clean food, of course.

I do this when I don't want to think too hard about my workout but want a good sweat. Add jumping jacks, burpees, fast feet, and planks to the above suggestions and you'll be sweating!

100+/- of zero net calories?? That's the goal???

A little over a year ago I did it and didn't see any weight loss. Which about killed me after drinking those fiber drinks!! This was combined with relatively clean eating and 3-4 days at the gym.

This is a thread I'm going to keep coming back to. So many good suggestions!

Love this discussion! My definition of clean eating: Eating whole, natural foods as much as you can. When you can't, reading the nutritional labels to understand WHAT you're putting into your body. My goal is to be able to identify as many natural/whole ingredients as possible. If there are too many incomprehensible…

Welcome Stephanie!! Looks like you're well on your way to conquering your final frontier! :) I love the variety of people in these groups. Some are 100% clean eating, some take your stance of moderation on the other stuff, and some are just venturing into clean eating with baby steps. Vegans, vegetarians, meat lovers,…

Welcome!! I was "forced" into a cleaner diet due to my husband's celiac dx 2 years ago. Clean, whole foods were the easiest way to ensure that he didn't get any gluten contamination. So I can't say I'm an expert by any means... just learning as I go along. I would suggest looking into any local CSAs (community supported…

Hi!! I'm Cecelia and am eating cleaner than I ever have. No, not completely clean but way better than any other time in my life. Cooking daily (except tonight is a leftover night!!!) used to be such a challenge but became my key to success. Or if I knew it was going to be crazy, cooking ahead and freezing so I have no…

Hi!! I have 3 kids and a husband and we have been moving toward more clean foods over the past year. My husband has celiac and, to be safe, it's just so much easier to eat this way! We do give the kids some room as to not cause a rebellion but dinner is mainly clean, despite the occasional protests. ;) I recently moved…

Hi Becky!! Welcome! I'm Cecelia and am new to this group too. We live in the country in a mainly rural area. I'm really excited as our local CSA will begin taking orders for the 2013 season. BOXES AND BOXES of clean food coming our way starting in March and continuing through most of the winter. We have 6 chickens and love…

New shoes... or kettlebells... undecided.
