  • OK....you have done it onve so you can do it again. NO problem at all. Copy the photos and pop on the fridge ane mirrors etc. Might be a bit hard over the next few weeks, but, moderation and then get serious in the new year.
  • I seem to have the same problem. Eat most of my cals in evening meal . Interested in if that is good or not. Not too hungry during the day, but try to eat well, but the bulk is only about 2 hours before bed.

  • Metric here too! Just used to them and scales metric. An Aussie who grew up with them.....well....think they changed when I was in high school..... a long time ago. Happy for more friends as only been here about 10 days, and every friend helps....and is needed for support. Good luck on your journey.:smile:

  • That 1500 cals you have is for the day! You must have excersised alll you ate maybe, plus a lot more. Are you sure you are only supposed to have 1200 cals a day.....check up on that, as sounds like your daily intake should be a lot more.Who put you on that amount.....was it on this site?
