  • This morning i measured and all measurements are the same except my arms have gained an inch... definitely not the way I wanted the measurement to go. I can understand why people give up. I feel absolutely defeated
  • Still at the very same weight. Definitely bummed out... hard to not be discouraged. I know I have to keep going but i was hoping to be down a few pounds in a month. Any advice?!

  • Today was day 6 for me on the original Power 90- I've been alternative cardio and sculpting but doing the ab ripper everyday. I get a little winded during the cardio but nothing crazy. Should i be doing other cardio besides the dvd for weight loss? I still want to see results; will I get results with just the dvd's?
  • I hear you! A few friends went out to eat for lunch and I passed because "I'm going to do it this time" but they brought back 1 piece of chicken satay (thai version of chicken teriyaki ) and it had over 100 calories.. i could not believe it!!

  • Well, i'm also trying to do low carb so if i ate more i would go over on my carbs- there are only so many egg whites and chicken breast i can eat. I have high cholesterol so i don't want to eat a lot of ground beef or other meat. Maybe i should abondon the low carb idea?

  • Thank you very much! That link helps a lot! i have about 20 lbs to lose and i'm struggling- i've stayed under 1200 calories all week and haven't seen much of a loss. It gets so discouraging!
