Core synergistic done for second time this week. Really didn't realize my back was that weak as it has been sore since I did that workout Tuesday. Yoga tomorrow and then phase I of the program complete:)

Welcome welcome. What is the 30ds? I know the couch to 5 k but don't know the other. I find that daily check ins help me stay on track.

Shoot Forgot to check in yesterday. Yoga was on the agenda since I am starting recovery week on the P 90 X routine. Unfortunately the phone for business would not let me complete all 90 minutes yesterday. I did complete 70 minutes and burned over 450 calories. Today was first time doing core synergistic. Checking in. My workout routine is P90X so today was stretch x. Only burned 200 calories, but boy did I need that stretch.

Haven't checked in for a few days been super busy. Thursday was supposed to do yoga X but put on heart rate monitor and burned almost 3k calories working in yard. Yesterday did legs and back and today burned almost 800 calories doing kenpo X. Will be interested to see what scale says in morning but either way I am starting…

Plyo x done. Was even yelling at tony to begin with to BRING IT. Not so much in the sports bonus round :) been icing the knee down and starting to feel better. See a lot of new people joining:)

Forgot to check in here. Started p90x week 3 so chest and back along with ab ripper. Added a few more reps to each move and really did feel a little stronger. How is everyone else doing?

Rest day complete. Getting ready for the last lifting week in phase 1 of p90x. Saw some results on the scale today (down 3lbs). Wife really been good at keeping me on track with food. How's everyone else doing?

Today workout was supposed to be kenpo x. Wife wanted me to try turbo fire. I know object was to burn calories so turbo fire it was. Lots of choreography that I didn't quite get and some of the moves just not for me. I did burn over 600 calories so mission accomplished.

Daily check in. Shoulders and arms done. Ab ripper done cautiously but done nonetheless.

Plyo done today but that's not the story for me (although it should be;) today my lower abs and core are SO sore I can barely move. Has to be because I added an ripper yesterday for the first time.…

Week 2 begins. Chest and back done. Last week I did not go an ripper at all, but I added it today:) 10 reps of each exercise and 20 mason twist. Hade quinoa for the first time tonight with black beans. That was really good:) hope y'all having a great start to the week.

Kempo X done.....now time to go out and enjoy the fact I live in Florida on a spring day ( close to the beach )

Checking in for day 3.....I'm REALLY sore and doing p90x shoulders and arms was difficult......but done. Ate clean again. How's everyone else doing?

Checking in. Day 2 of p90x. Still nursing a knee so cardio x instead of plyo. Ate clean although REALLY trying day on multiple fronts. See a lot of new people joining. Don't forget the rule of checking in daily :)

I was just thnking that maybe some strength training at first could help weight lose and then roll onto the running for the WDW thing. Although I am looking at the trainings for cool running and if you start on the couch it looks like it takes every bit of a year to train for a marathon

Great job on the weight loss and inches. I got on the scale yesterday and nothing, but the family keeps saying "Your losing in your face" I guess I am not as much of a marshmellow any more :) We always seem to be so concerned with the scale that we forget the inches and the healthier choices we are making.....keep it up…
