Checking in. Slacked off a bit and drank too much the past couple days because it was my roomates' birthdays, but I tried to cut back on calories a bit to make up. I've been sick for about two weeks, so the exercise has been mainly strength training for me, but I got some good dancing in on Tuesday! Excited, but nervous to weigh in for the first week.0

Week 2 begins. Chest and back done. Last week I did not go an ripper at all, but I added it today:) 10 reps of each exercise and 20 mason twist.

Plyo done today but that's not the story for me (although it should be;) today my lower abs and core are SO sore I can barely move. Has to be because I added an ripper yesterday for the first time. Ouch0 -
