This is my first day on MFP. My SW is 195 and GW 175 by 5/29. Just getting started was half my battle but I'm up for the 20lb challenge. Please count me in.0

this is PERFECT for me. My 40th is in January and my goal is a TUMMY TUCK.... but I promised myself I'd be in a certain weight range and holding stable for 6 months before I get there. 42 down, 20 to go!
