I’m on strict Keto and try to stay below 20 carbs a day. I have a public diary and I log everything that has calories. I’ve been on it for 54 days and have lost over 22lbs. I am rarely hungry and always satiated. Best lifestyle change I’ve ever done.

Keto is awesome! I’m about a month and a week in. I lost a pound a day for 15 days then have slowly gone down 3 more lbs to a total 18 lbs loss! Mine was water weight initially too. Just keep it up and after the initial stall it will continue.

Shopping. I plan on setting 1,000$ aside just for that. Wearing shorts. Like REAL short shorts. Wearing dresses that make me look cute. Feeling less like a cherub in a wig when my hair is long. Running and not looking stupid. Working out and not looking stupid lol

I'm 5'9 but nowhere near that weight. I'd like to add anyone, however, but 5'9 ladies closer to my goal weight would be lovely as well so I can spy on their diaries.

1. Do toasters count? 2. Chips 3. Candy 4. Jalapeno Poppers or other quick microwave junk that's /not/ like a calorie conscious meal. 5. Pepperoni It's sad because all of that is in my house now since my brother moved in..I've been pretty good though!
