Wednesdays are the WORST day of the week for me. I don't work, and I have classes off. So what am I doing? Trolling MFP and making a trip to look in the fridge about every minute. Not like its changing, but I still go. I know I'm not hungry, but I sill do it. Ughh! Any helpful tips for controlling the boredom eating? Also, No I cannot go to the gym because I'm babysitting my sisters 3mo old. Thannkksss

Watch a movie or invest in some veggies with greek yogurt dip and munch on that if you really need to.0

Take a bath, paint your nails, go for a walk. :happy:0

keep trolling MFP and chat with us.
I'm at work and have a hard time not munching/grazing throughout my whole day. I need something to take my mind off it. :happy:0 -
Cleaning the toilet tends to keep my mind off food for a while. :happy:0

I tend to eat when I'm bored, too. I've found a couple of things that help:
1- Chew some gum. It's only a few calories and it keeps your mouth busy.
2- Find a hobby that keeps your hands busy so you're not using them to put food in your mouth. I do cross-stitch. Knitting or drawing or writing stories might work, too.
Good luck!0 -
Thanks for all your ideas! I just did a at home workout I found on pinterest.0
