I like to workout in the mornings as well and walk after work. Its relaxing plus you get an extra exercise in all at the same time.

hey your doing good. i would love to run but i just cant deal with those shin splints. everyone tells me i need to continue and they will work themselves out. they just hurt so bad. your running, you should be proud.

Im 5'2 my goal is 140, my BMI says i should be between 101-137. I think that maybe abit too thin for me. I'll just take one day at a time. Who know... maybe i'll get to 125.

Hey im Sapphire, Im currently wearing a size 10. But as you know a 10 for me may not fit the same for you if you wear a size 10 because of our body shape. About two years ago i was teetering on a 8 and if iit were not for these hips i could have made, . i got too happy and ate myself back up to a 10.
