Mine is chicken sausage 100 cals and only 6g fat , veggie omlet: spinach, mushroom, tomatoe, onion and a cap full of mojo crioll marinade for seasoning.

In all honesty THE MOVIE DOESN"T DO THE BOOK ANY JUSTICE. Read the book or listen to it on cd. Great book... Nicholas sparks is GREAT !!!!, and if you got George Guidall narrating the book or any book on cd for that much then you really are in for something WONDERFUL!!!!.

i have never had to shave my legs a day in my life and as much as people are amaze at this i'am just as amaze that so many woman have to shave their legs. :ohwell:

I have been doing slim in 6 off and on. You start with 3 days start it up, 1 1/2 weeks ramp it up then burn it up for next 4 weeks there after. I have something going on with my knee right now so im not able to do any workouts with the knees involved.. I was in the middle of ramp it up. Hope this helps.

I agree, this is more healthier. I peek every so often at facebook. I sent out some invites to some FB fam/friends so far no one as has accepted. The only thing i have to say to them when the pounds start to drop is " Don't hate me cuz you ain't me".

I have injuried my knee and im not sure how i did it... walking or workout but its not getting any better/ swellen off and on and is been 3wks now so its off to the docs office for me on monday. I say that to this don't let your injury go unchecked for too long. Im hoping when i see the doc on monday its not too serious…

Hey girlfriend i hope your including that morning activety as a workout as well. i have three daughters and my youngest is about to graduate from HS. So i kinow your doing about a 2hr workout before, your workout.... Lol

I like to workout in the mornings as well and walk after work. Its relaxing plus you get an extra exercise in all at the same time.

hey your doing good. i would love to run but i just cant deal with those shin splints. everyone tells me i need to continue and they will work themselves out. they just hurt so bad. your running, you should be proud.
