    Nope. I cheat on occasion but I still log it. What's the point of logging and then cheating afterward?

    once a week have a few drinks and never log it, but thats a big difference from when I use to have a few drinks like 3 times a week, latley have been having trouble reaching my cal goal

    agreed. you're only lying to yourself. if you go over it's not like your friends are going to delete you or you'll be punished. so i figure you're only deceiving yourself

    I log it later.But I do not count the one bite of ice cream that my husband is eating.I have not figured out how much a tsp.of it is yet.

    i log everything i eat, even if i go over my goal. i believe it keeps me honest. i also have cheat meals too, twice a week. i usually end up not going very far over my calorie goal though, UNLESS i have a drink or three - which i usually do once a week. by letting myself 'cheat' (but still logging it), it keeps me from denying myself all the time and the resulting binge.

    Nope. If I eat it, I log it, even if I've already pushed the button for the day. I have a memory problem in that if I don't log it, I'll "forget" that I ate it and then I'll wonder why I'm not seeing any progress. Effectively the only one I'd be cheating is me, so I log it.

    I cheat...I sneak in some mangoes and I'm on Atkins...but I do log it because how else will I keep track of my diet?? :-)

    I log it, and if it makes me go over I will get back on the treadmill for however long it takes to get me back under calorie goal.

    Yes I do just about every night but I make sure I don't go over my cals so not sure if you'd consider that "cheating" or not. :)
