i lost the wieght and got these remarks from everyone. it actually made me very pissed off. i then hit the wieghts and put on about 10 pounds. compared my pictures from being 10 pounds lighter and i have to agree i did not look good. putting the weight back on the "healthy" way made me look more "normal"

I have a couple "night caps" every night. have them later in the night and it lets me unwind from the day. In no way has it slowed me down. I am active enough now that everything balances out. cheers!

I too am very confused on this. I still have some wieght at my mid-section that i want to lose but feel if i dont have a calorie deficit and if i dont do cardio then it wont happen. i lift about 3 times a week and run 3 miles three times a week. hoping to see results down the road.

I have the same concern except on the male side of it. I lost 63 pounds and I still have a little bit of a belly.
