My BMR says that I should eat 1,532 cal. to maintain. I am doing 1200 cal and am losing steadily. In the first 2 wks I lost 9 lbs. and have continued to lose 5-7 lbs per month. I have been on this plan for 2 weeks now and have just lost 9 #!!!!!! I am so happy. My Doc that I am seeing says you DO NOT have to eat back the exercise calores.
