  • i mix 1 tbs lemon juice w 1 tsp pesto.... yummmmm also pineapple juice, soy sauce and a little asian seasoning... delish!!!
  • i started eating these as a way for my body to readjust to proper portion sizes and they are ok every once in a while since they still are kind of high in calories fat salt and sugar. as long as its not every day i would think they would be ok.

  • i don't know about that. the other day i stayed within my calories and exersized but i ate a sausage egg biscut from mcdonalds and gained almost a pound. be carefull. too much fat isnt a good thing either. :sick:

  • that is my school day breakfast a large iced latte with skim milk and splenda. its only 80 cals. if i am hungry ill get the egg white turkey flat bread sandwic for only 280 cals. total 360 cals. 15 minutes on my elliptical or one end of the mall to the other.
