I'm not quite 5'7 and weigh 139 lbs. I'm hoping to get down to 130-133.

She's so lean, unless you get down to that low body fat %, I don't think you have to worry about your waist looking like her's. Not that it's a bad thing....she looks phenomenal.

Fiber one chocolate squares cereal - 80 cals for 3/4 cup. Tastes like cocoa puffs!

I'm at 20% now, which is where I maintain, eating pretty much whatever (although still fairly healthy, vegetarian food). I workout 6 days a week for 45 minutes, kickboxing & strength training. I was at 17% a year ago when I followed a nutrition plan - 6 smalls meals a day, lots of water, higher protein, lower carb.

I'm getting married Sept 1st. I'd like to lose about 2-3% body fat by my bachelorette party (first weekend in August)....so, 3 months! Exercise is the easy part for me. You can absolutely get in better shape in 2 months! Last year I lost 5% body fat in 2.5 months w/ a very similar workout schedule - 3 days strength training/3 days cardio. I ate healthy, w/ higher protein & lower carbs. I toned up a lot! (check out my before & after).

I drink them fairly often. I workout a lot and am a vegetarian so I use them to get more protein in my diet. Whey protein if I drink one post-workout, casein protein if I have one before bed as a snack.

I recommend a Polar FT40. It is similar to the F4, but also does a fit test that calculates your VO2 max - this in turn gives you a more accurate reading of calorie burn.
