I'm dealing with something similar. I have a painful tumor in my back (waiting for test results to see how serious) and strenuous workouts really bother it. Long walks are about all I can handle right now. I've really let things go because of this and need to get back on track and not let this be an excuse any longer. The…

How do you make these? Thanks for the original recipe. They look great!

I'm obsessed with the chipotle laughing cow cheese. I use it in my egg much recipe for breakfast for a breakfast burrito. I also like to use it as a dip for a super pretzle.

bump- thanks for the ideas

I find them in the produce section. Usually around where they have the bagged salad, sprouts, etc...

Would it hurt the benefits of ACV to add it to my smoothie instead of water?

My multivitamins also made me sick. I switched to the gummi version and don't have any trouble now.

I'm giving up dark colas. I've been cutting back on my coke zeros and diet pepsi, but ready to go cold turkey. Leaving sprite and gingerale as an option for the occasional belly ache.

I started freezing my yogurt before it went bad in icecube trays. Now I always have yogurt on hand to make smoothies. A fun idea I found on pinterest (my new addiction).

Wow, you look awesome. It's an amazing story. A true transformation inside and out.

Thanks for that link. Interesting read.

Phew, I agree that didn't seem to ring true. I know it's not a crazycalorie burn, but weight gain-sheesh? Since I read the review and not the book, I'm sure there is more to it. Thanks for feedback.

That yellow box makes me happy. I'm a big fan of the fudgesicle. Wish I could find pudding pops.

I ask for vodka and soda with a splash of cranberry juice.

My go to drink is vodka and soda water with a splash of cranberry. Make sure you emphasize the splash party :)

I really can't taste it. I use it in any smoothie recipe. Just throw in a handful.

I love Almond Milk too. I buy the smaller "lunch size" portions. They last awhile cause they have a long shelf life until opened.

I like to use frozen bananas in my smoothies. I take my nanners' that are ripe, peel, cut into thirds, and then throw them in a freezer bag. Very easy and a cheap way to have frozen fruit handy.
