Thank you. I agree that if I couldn’t keep up with the “pros” I would go at my own pace. But kind of hoping that the class environment would push me. I can see me lasting 5 mins at first before I feel like I want to die 😂😂

Thank you, Im really pleased and happy with what ive done. Ive worked hard in the gym and always leave a sweaty mess. I just feel like I should be losing more than 1lb a week and sometimes nothing a week.

The cup I use for my oats weighs in at 80g. I use the cup as its easier first thing in the morning. everything else I put on a plate or in my snapbox gets weighed. Very interesting video

Hi Thanks for the replies. I don't want to stop the pizza as we have fun so what I will do is have salad and veg for dinner with a protein shake on Friday, My protein shake is about 180cals.
