I hardly ever make it to eat my full exercise calories. Eat till your satisfied. don't worry about not being able to eat them. I know that it's the thing to do, but I listen to my body. I still drink coffee, but now it's decaffeinated. :ohwell: I use powder creamer and sweetener since they have very little carbs.

the caffeine part is true, so as long as you don't add any carbs you'll be fine. you can count as water.

I only weigh in once a month. While my trainer thinks i should do it once a week. I just find it easier not to obsess over the numbers on the scale and really work with my measurements instead. Sometimes I will stay the same weight but find that my clothes are not as tight as they use to be. Good luck on your journey.

consistency is similar to sour cream and taste a little like it too. It's awesome for sweet and savory dips. Key to it is to add the kind of fruit or seasonings you like.
