Im eatin 1200 a day and burn approx 300 to 400 in exercise but I dont eat them back. I loose a pound to two pounds a week. I weight 164. It is very hard to do. I just moved from a sedentary job to an active one and im much better at loosing now

Stay with it. You look like a healthy weight. You are still young and your body goes through more changes. Stay heslthy, strong and positive... Nothing can touch that!

Maybe a glass of water and protein bar after workouts.

I will go out and get some protein bars for after the strength workouts. I dont have much time to cook when I work 12 hr shifts

Thank you. I love strength training and will keep doing it but I think i should cut back to three days a week and continue with 35 min ro 45 min of cardio six days a week. I started this routine a week ago. It feels awesome

I am not giving up. It has been hard work to lose the weight. I will not make the effort a waste of time. But It is so easy to get complacent and start going back to old habita, so I am here to share my journey and gain motivation.

Yes. That is me right now. Its been almost a year and I have not lost. I have a concert to go to in July. Its time to do it right. Today went well. I worked out and logged everything staying within calorie range. Essentially I feel like im relearning or retraining myself on staying focused in order to get to goal

That is my problem. I have not been consistently logging food and my workouts went from daily to weekly. So not really a plateu but time to focus on weight loss goals consistently. That is why I joined the forum. Inspiration and accountability.
