for those that used the PB2 did you just use the powder or mix it with water?

Not foolish-it is powdered peanut butter usually you mix it with water. I throw mine in with milk and protein powder for an after workout drink-yum!

Our local maternity store offers prenatal yoga-if you have one nearby perhaps they can recommend someone for you. And I agree posture and holding poses is key in yoga start with a class.

Im going to see what of this I can fit in to my workout-I already lift a full body workout on Tuesdays with my trainer so I will at least focus on the core/arm and HIIT workouts if anything.

Wearing their gym shoes into the gym-I hate this especially with all of the snow we have been getting. Wear another pair and change when you get in please-I don't want to be sliding all over if you come in with wet shoes. My husband and I argue about this constantly-he doesn't see it as a problem I do.

One of my huge issues is sweets-my boys very nicely asked me if I would make them homemade cookies for their lunches for school-and I made the dough and baked them some cookies. Are you talking about going to a dojo and trying them out and taking lessons? I would visit different places in the area and see if they offer a free class or two. You also need to add some strength training-you could do free weights or a class or the machines if you are at a gym.

It is an awesome workout! I think you should try it-I had very little upper body strength now that I have more I want to try it again. I say grab a girlfriend and go. My friend and I went (we laughed so hard at each other (Neither of us had much strength) the laughing was an added bonus.
