So I've been working out for a few months now and ive lost weight and then went on holiday and gained it back. Now its summer holiday and i have a lot of spare time and ive trying a new work out plan and i just need peoples thoughts on it.
Morning:
1 hour treadmill fat burn
30 min cross trainer
Afternoon:
1 hour treadmill
2 exercises for each of biceps, triceps, back and shoulders.
Ive also decreased my food intake to about 2000.
General Thoughts?
Thank in advance

You shouldn't be doing the same muscle sets every day. Alternate high cardio days with high weight training days and vary muscle groups you concentrate on during the weight training days. Your muscles need rest. If they don't, increase the weight.0
