I'm not at my goal weight yet but when I tell people that I have about 20 more lbs they are like "you'll look anorexic" but I've been at my goal weight before and I didn't look that anorexic or scary. It's Couch to 5k. It's a really great program that teaches people who don't have any real experience running to run 5k in 9 weeks. Google it. It's free. If you have an iphone or droid, you can get the app for like 2 bucks that tracks how much you run and actually tells you when to run and when to walk.

Finally got to run today! I pulled a muscle and was out for a couple days but it felt GOOD to run! I added another 2.5 miles! :)

I'm 5' 2.5" , I'm 23 and my goal weight is 130. I might reevaluate and go down to 125 once I hit that goal. It's less about the number and more about the way I feel once I get there. My favorite things to bring to school are applesauce, peach cups, and granola bars. Some times I'll also snack on goldfish or cereal.. Hope that helps. Good luck!
