I went with my Sister to see her trainer a couple weeks back. Let's just say I fancy him and would love to see him workout. I came home and told my Husband that the trainer's butt was so tight you could bounce a quarter off it!

I have a treadmill at home that I use 3 times a week. My Sister and I joined a gym and I try and go there 3 times a week. Some weeks my schedule doesn't permit me to go to the gym.
