    Wow! You are awesome. You took your year and made it matter.

    Many times, I've started a "diet" to find myself a year later even heavier. I feel like MFP is something I can do forever and I hope that on my one year anniversary I can look in the mirror and find a healthier, happier, thinner me!

    So freaking happy for you and so glad you are one of my daily, inspirational friends on here. As you know, my goals are for a much slower loss than yours. This is because of 1: My age. 2: Because I don't think I could stick to the discipline it would take to lose a pound every third day. But, I celebrate your resolve and rejoice in this anniversary with you. Congratulations!
