From what I have read more protein is good for you as it helps keep muscle..... i'm sure peole will correct me if I'm wrong though :smile:

I'm not on low carbs as others have said I love my carbs to much and if I cut them too low I'm never going to be able to stick to it, all I do is stick within my calorie goal and try to have more protein now I'm trying to lose body fat and build a bit of muscle. I don't cut them at night either I can't have a dinner…

I had a complete blowout of a weekend for a hen do, tues scales said i were up 4lb however today ( 1 week later) which is my usual weigh day i'm actually only up 1/2 lb all week until today I have been 3-4lb heavier so its taken 4 days for my true weight gain to show, not sure if this is the same time frame for everyone…
