Is that possible? I'm over on my proteins every day, but still under on calories (or just hitting my calorie limit). Does that matter?

From what I have read more protein is good for you as it helps keep muscle..... i'm sure peole will correct me if I'm wrong though0

it is possible, but MFP sets protein at 15% which is very low, so if you are going over this then that isnt too much. I have set my protien to 30% and try to hit this (whihc is about 130g of protein) and this also isnt too much0

You will be fine. I have my macros set at 40% CHO 30% Pro 30% Fat because that's what works best for me for many reasons. You are not at risk for getting too much protein unless you have advanced kidney or liver failure.0
