Try a 38B. There are not as many of them on the shelf, but it fit great on me. I also found the 36B a little tight. I don't know where you live, but Winners or Marshalls have pretty good prices. I am in Southern Ontario, Canada.

Skinny Cow frozen yogurt products, great for portion control. Menchies for a treat ouside of the house, do not use the toppings! I also like to bake Banana chocolate chip muffins using Greek yogurt.

I also have received slack for my food diary and I will put mine up against many I've seen. I feel like if I put a bunch of junk food or other empty calories in the diary others would be happy. I have had people be very disrespectful. I have not deleted them because I think it would be a bit childish on my part. But words…

Seems to be a bit of focus on Ice Cream. What about Frozen Yogurt or any of the Skinny Cow Products? I love the Skinny Cow Chocolate Sandwichs or Choc. Frozen Yogurt with Frozen Raspberries. Sure helps me not feel like I am missing out on yummy stuff.

I too wonder this. I just don't like drinking water. I have never really drank anything except a couple cups of tea each day and maybe one bottle of water on workout days. Is it possible some people just need less?

Please add me also. MFP has been just great, I've learned so much. I read the message board often, check out other peoples food diary (for tips and suggestion) and cheer on my fellow MFPs.

I am also fine with the 1200 calories. Energy and mood seems to be fine (you'd have to ask my family about my mood LOL) I am coming in at about 1100 calories. I feel full and eat in small amounts all day long. Planning is the key for me.

It took me a while to say "no" to food at work, but now that I do....It is so much easier each time I'm ask if I want cake, a muffin a cookie or to go out for lunch.

I agree, I think it makes others feel bad to watch you make heathy choices and make progress with your goal, when they are not at a place to make change in their life.
