If I drink tea with no sugar or the FUZE drinks with no sugar, does this count as drinking any water for me?

no it has been chemically changed and your body will not process it as water

No. H2o is water . That's it.0

it only counts if you jump up and down while drinking it, to make sure it gets in your water belly and not your food belly.0

Does bathing in this count as bathing in water?

You haz xobx and fuze in there?0 -
I too wonder this. I just don't like drinking water. I have never really drank anything except a couple cups of tea each day and maybe one bottle of water on workout days. Is it possible some people just need less?0

Posting this just because I wanted to be on the first page of these countless "does this count as water" threads, as if the big SEARCH button was broken or some thing. :smokin:
Woohoo! Now I can scratch another topic off my MFP bucket list: "Things I wanted to do on MPF"

the rule of thumb I have always heard is 'water is only water until you add something to it, then it is no longer water.'0

My guess is, it's magic.

So there's no H2O in the bottle?0 -

Really?? ....No, really?0 -

Absolutely not this ever. Your body takes water from anything you put in it with water- eat cucumbers and the body benefits from the high water content. Even caffeinated beverages are not diuretic enough to countereffect the water they provide. I wouldn't do the FUZE personally because I avoid sweeteners other than stevia based sweeteners. But tea? Of course fresh brewed unsweet tea counts as water to your body.0 -

Here's a novel idea...
Drink when you're thirsty
Weather it's water/tea/coffee/Gatorade...Just drink when you're thirsty
Don't over think it..0 -
