thanks for the replies :) Stardust, too much fiber makes it worse and I can only eat certain fruit/veg - definitely not beans or anything green and crunchy!

I love doing this but i just use a plain plastic container. I love cherry tomatoes and cucumber sticks in mine too. Usually add some sliced roast chicken and some pasta salad to it too

I'm new here and I have IBS too. Like everyone else said, what works for one person doesn't work for everyone. for example, I'm fine with carbs (bread, pasta etc) unless i eat TOO MANY - then I get a bout of IBS. I can eat some vegetables, but beans and cabbage are a big definite no!
