Oh my gosh this sounds exactly like me with the candy (chocolate, biscuits etc...) I feel so ashamed but keep doing it and hiding it. It's so embarassing. But I'm on day 1 today and don't want to go back to the shame!

I love bento! I have a few random bento things I got from Daiso but I mostly just use regular containers. I love the style of eating though - a bit of everything, rahter than just 1 solid meal. Would love to see more of your photos!

This is me too - on autopilot sometimes and don't even realise it. Other times I know how bad it is and how I will regret it but for some reason do it anyway. I'm going to try for 7 days not to binge on chocolate or cookies at night (or before dinner!) - my worst times.

Katie you can find them in Coles - they're by 'sue shepherd' she is the lead researcher at Monash uni. But be warned they're pretty expensive. And most contain celery so if that bothers you, don't buy them :) Also, the app is great and has heaps of info! its by monash uni too

Yes I've tried it and try to follow it mostly - some things I will still have in moderation. Some things are about the combinations of foods.
