Cottage cheese...let me count the ways. 1 Eat it with any fruit. 2Blend it in a blender with vanilla & a little honey for "cheesecake filling". 3Put it in Lasagna instead of of ricotta. 4 dollop it on a taco or taco salad (instead of sour cream). 5. put in your favorite veggie omlette to cream it up. 6. cook an apple and…

I haven't reached my goal yet this time but last time I lost all the fat in my breasts...you could say I rolled them up and neatly tucked them into my smaller bra. My age may have something to do with the deflated-balloon situation:frown:   .

Your weight loss is individual. I's good if you ask me. I do think you should be eating at least 1/2 of your exercise calories (the ones mfp adds back when you log exercise). 1200 is pretty low for a "5-day-a-week" exerciser.

All of the above!

I count out 26 almonds, raw and savor them one-by-one.
-
I couldn't see pics either...but 70 lbs is amazing!!!

Wow! You've come so far! One thing I am really avoiding is "trying" anything. I just do it. For example: Try to lift you hand. Nothing happens until you actually lift it. "trying" is only a word but it seems to be completely powerless to make things happen. Just a thought.

Thank You! A great inspiration to keep us going this week!!! You Rock!

No coffee creamer is good. I put a packet of Diet Swiss Miss Chocolate mix into my coffee if I get a sweet tooth. YUM! only 60 cals. Nuts I eat are the Costco raw almonds.
-
Great observation! I often think of a pound lost as a pound of butter...about the size of a brick. It's great to hear your story. You are a real success!

You look like a different gal!

I can't have 30 grams of sugar either. My doc says I'm pre diabetes. Loosing weight and staying away from refined sugar and flour are a priority.

Glad you joined. I have 9 sisters & brothers & my mom is my roll model on keeping fit and taking care of myself. She is 84 and still goes to water aerobics 3 days a week. Keep us posted on your progress. I'll friend you.:flowerforyou:

I learned it is what you write as a reply if you haven't read the whole post or if you want to go back to it later. You just go to your own profile and it will be listed as one of your posts. Brilliant, eh?

I love these pics. You inspire me! Thanks for working so hard and sharing your success.:smooched:

Great job. You look like a different person! I love the log post in your first pic. You live in a log house?
-
Welcome Home ! I'll be your friend if you want some. I'll send you a request. This is fun and rewarding.

I know it's uncomfortable but the hunger does go away. A tall glass of warm water helps me. Also if you're working out you may need more cals. Like protein. Those low cal cheese sticks can go anywhere with you, and really satisfy.
-
Start over either right now or in the morning. See my signature line!!!
-
I love raw veggies and hummus. the protein and fat in the hummus really satisfy and the veggies help with the chew, chew thing.

I love biking. I know it isn't enough though. Gotta eat "well" too.
