Ok people I am in a rut of eating the SAME THING for snacks. I am so sick of eating the same fruits and veggies all the time. I want some good ideas for low calories no or low carb options for snacks. :flowerforyou:

    Emerald nuts have these Breakfast To Go pack that have nuts, dried fruit, and yogurt drops in them. I really like them. They're about 200 calories, but they keep you going and hold you over between meals.

    I make black bean cakes for snacks...low in calories but high in fiber and protein.

    nuts, protein bars, yogurt, hard boiled egg, hummus with carrots or apples

    100 cal bags of popcorn
    trailmix
    frozen grapes
    half a piece of toast with peanut butter
    piece of deli turkey or ham wrapped around a piece of low-fat mozz cheese & sliced tomato

    I count out 26 almonds, raw and savor them one-by-one.

    Nuts, cheese, lunch meat, sugar free jello, yogurt, cottage cheese, whey shakes, eggs, popcorn.
  • Popcorn! Invest in an air popper (usually under $20 on Amazon) and get some popcorn salt/seasoning for it. One of my favorites.
    Low fat string cheese is a good...yogurt...individually wrapped candy...half an English muffin with sugar free jam...
  • low fat mozerella cheese sticks, hard boiled egg
