I just started the Zumba Core for Wii. Its a blast and it tells me how many calories I have burned when I am done with my "class". It has been around 250 calories burned for 20 minutes.

brisk walk for 44 minutes this morning. I added another hill and a little more distance to see results. So far it's working! Just wish I had more energy to do intervals.

I walk 35 minutes every morning before work unless it is heavy rain. I keep up about a 4mph pace. I have heard recently that intervals of fast and slow will burn more calories so once in a while I throw in a little jog until I can't breath then walk until I catch my breath again.
