I had to skip the gym this week due to house moving. I feel guilty but I have been keeping busy by working outdoor and doing some heavy lifting. I have been breaking a sweat and been tired, so its not too bad.

Could I say in a passport officer job, I provided a service to people who were applying for passport reneweal a good prompt service by being timely and efficent. I provided patients in my medical office a great service by ensuring all pateients information were promply given to the doctor thus saving time.

I have experience of working in a delivery role. I deal with customers. The office experience I have is entry roles, it was basically office junior roles.

I was thinking of going to a physiotherapist and get my right shoulder checked out and see why it does that. I try to retract my shoulders on the bench press and keep chest up.

Thank you, I have a doctor appointment soon. I am afraid to say that I suffer with depression. I have had it on and off. My mood changes. It is very unsettling

I have 2 meals times. I have eaten what he said, then to start the next day the plan is to train but I can't have that because they are pre workout meals. I don't know what meal to eat because I have eaten the meal plan for the rest day. I have to eat a meal to start the new fastz so what should I eat ?

On the rest day, I have eaten the 2 meals, on the night time for the first meal to start the next fast , what meal should this be because to break my fast I have the pre workout meal. Should I have a rest day plan on the night ?

I was 93.3 last Sunday. This week I was 92.3 kg. The sale first said 92.1 couple of times then it said 92.3.

I started my cut on June. I was 97.1 kg. I am now 92.3 kg. It has been a slow cut.

I have been loosing weight slowly and gradually for a while now on 2500.

I measured 3.4 litres of milk , the weigh was coming as 3.6 kg. I think it 3.4 litres of milk without the weight of the bottle which could be 2 lb. The weight was somewhat accurate in the locations I tried. I moved the scale to different places and for the same reading. I think It is clear that I am using it correctly.

The same. I did heavy squats with low reps. Then smith machine squats to mimic a hack squat. I did alot if exercises for legs. I was wiped out lol.
