The gym was my escape when I felt down but ever since this quarantine, I do not have one. It is work and then home workouts. Missing the interaction at the gym and people
-
That is a good option. I simply chose to block them and remove them from my follower list
-
That is a good suggestion. No social media for 2 weeks. I will try that starting tomorrow, thanks
-
Thank you and good vibes back to you.

I agree 100%, I am never negative towards anyone. They think it is banter but for me it was not.
-
I hope everyone is doing well in these times as we all need to stay positive and stay active.

I am going to keep my membership because my gym is a local gym. It would hurt the business if I stopped paying. I support my local gym. Pure gym, planet fitness, etc are big gym franchises and will cope but local gyms wont survive. So I told the owner to keep everything the same because I want to support him. It is the…

I would say I am almost advance in skill

I have been under stress and maybe I needed the extra sleep. Thank you.
-
Thank you. I needed the extra sleep lol, I got the flat tyre last night and was stressed about it. Over slept in my alarm lol, I was so angry because I am OCD in following schedules, etc.
-
Thank you

I am always sensible. I avoid oily foods and stick to the healthier option

I am thinking of changing my cardio equipment from treadmill to cross trainer and stepper. I find the treadmill I am holding on to the machine maybe that is causing my weight to not lose
-
Is this in the uk?
-
I decided to rest up. This week was not the best as the throat started to act up and also because my work schedule has been crazy this week.
-
I feel run down and feel tired overall. I decided to rest
-
I have decreased my calories slowly and increased cardio slowly My weight routine is the same and I am still gaining strength. I do low volume high intensity weight training
-
I find it easier when in a group as a I can then analyse what pace is required.
-
A bleep test is running test. You have to run 15 metres back and forth. The page picks up, so you need to have good aerobics and anaerobic cardio
-
I have a function to go to so I cant go gym today.
-
Yes, I track my weight on paper every week along with measurements. I take pictures every week as well
-
I was trying to lose body fat whilst maintaining or increasing strength and hold on to muscle. If possible grow but on calorie deficit it is almost impossible
-
Yes, I want a cut and doing lots of cardio. I was doing weekly check in to ensure I was not losing too much muscle and trying to keep fullness I learned enough and dont want to lean too much and sacrifice muscle tissue hence why I am slowly upping the carbs to ensure it goes to the right place
-
I am trying to get more muscle mass.
-
I am also slowly increasing carbs and slowly reducing cardio. It is a slow and methodical approach rather than just eating junk and stopping cardio
-
The csrdio was there because I was cutting and we didn't want to stop the cardio altogether because he wanted to slowly stop it to stop excess fat gains.
-
I had a coach and he had me this csrdio amount and we slowly tapered the cardio down. I was going to 240 this week and see if I lose too much weight rbe reduce cardio or if I gain weight then keep cardio. It helps me keep consistent
-
I was on a cut hence why I was doing that much cardio. I now want to bulk so I was going to slowly increase calories and slowly reduce cardio. Time has been a issue because I have been busy with work
-
Goal is to put on muscle mass
-
My goal is to put on muscle mass and be ripped but to do both is not possible
