Taking a week off legs

Options
Hi,
I was supposed to train legs today but I over slept.

I cant train legs this week because of work schedule.

I have a fitness test on Wednesday, it is a beep test. I was thinking of resting my legs for the test and do legs next week.

This test is for a important job

    Resting your legs before a beep test sounds sensible.

    Many workouts will be missed by many people over the Christmas period, the odd one here or there is no biggie.

    @lorrpb
    It's an evil cardio fitness test performed to failure.

    Often 20 meter shuttle runs where you have to reach the line before the beep.
    But the time intervals between the beeps shorten so as you get more tired you have to sprint faster.

    It's even harder when done in a group as you are then competing with everyone else as well as yourself.

    A bleep test is running test. You have to run 15 metres back and forth. The page picks up, so you need to have good aerobics and anaerobic cardio

    I find it easier when in a group as a I can then analyse what pace is required.

    Absolute hell. Whenever my PT has made me do one I've felt like dying. I am not a natural sprinter anyway
