I am thinking of trying ppl rest ppl routine. Which is push, pull, legs One chest focused push, one shoulder focused Pull is back Leg day will be 1 quad focused and 1 hamstring focused Sets 3-4 per exercise 6-12 reps on compounds. isolation will be 12-15 reps What do you all think?

10,000 steps a day
Since the gyms have closed. We are allowed 1walk a day, so I am going to set myself a target of 10,000 steps a day, this would be walking inside home. I am on a calorie deficit diet. Would this be a good idea. This week I have been 6-7000 steps a day.

No gym due flat car tyre

Did not do my cardio this week
I do 180 minutes of cardio a week but this week was crazy and only managed 60 minutes. I did my weight training, the diet has been good. I am going to England on friday and going to cousins house and will have to cheat on my diet. I feel so guilty lol.

Missed the gym due to migraine

Dumbbell incline vs Smith machine incline?

I am bulking at the moment and wanted to ask this. Last week my weight was 88.1 kg. This week it was 88.3 kg. My measurements have stayed the same roughly. My lifts have gone up as well. Would it be wise to increase food. I am thinking of making small incremental changes in carb amounts.

Slacking on cardio
