Training with a UIT

I went to the Dr yesterday because of pain.

The doctor said that it is a urine infection.

Woukd training make it worse ?I am taking antibiotics for this

    It didn't make it worse for me, but I don't know about you. I'd suggest not overdoing (infection is a physical stress, don't add lots more physical stress).

    I would play it by ear honestly. If you're not feeling good then I'd rest, but if you are then I'd still train but ramp down the intensity. I don't exercise when I have UTIs, but mine also tend to turn into kidney infections very quickly, though I thankfully haven't had one in a few years.

    Give your Dr. a call or email and ask her/him. They know - or should know - your body better than any of us. Even if any of us are MD's and give you medical advice here, could easily make things worse if you follow it. Call your Doc.
