10,000 steps a day

Since the gyms have closed.

We are allowed 1walk a day, so I am going to set myself a target of 10,000 steps a day, this would be walking inside home.

I am on a calorie deficit diet. Would this be a good idea.

This week I have been 6-7000 steps a day.

    Go for it! I've been aiming for 20,000 and do a lot of stuff like walking/dancing in place while online and laptop's on the counter, workout videos, and do things like use the back bathroom or walk around waiting for food to be ready. My workouts also get me a lot of steps, I've been doing You Tube videos each day.

    My house is three stories. I did sixty flights of stairs one day, and got a pretty darn good calorie burn out of it, considering, but it took a while to feel like it was an effort. Once it did, holy moly, and my calves felt it for days.
