Lower back pain

I have been getting lower back pain, I was training back last wednesday. I know why because my back was not straight.
Tomorrow I have a leg day and I do Romanian deadlifts.
I was thinking of skipping rdl and do isolation for hamstrings until the lower back is 100%

Try holding child's pose, in front, then each side for 30 seconds, a hip flexor stretch on one knee each side for 30 seconds, and quad stretch. When my low back hurts I go back to these. Hope it feels better!4

These two helped me a lot for my lower back pain. Good luck and take it easy!

This may sound counterintuitive, but I find doing a few bridge rep for 10-20 seconds helps my back.0
