Hi,
I wanted to post this to motivate everyone.
I would say to everyone please keep hope alive. Let's ask motivate each other by training at home.
Lets avoid going out unless without good reason, I think one walk a day keeping social distance and going solo is best.
I am trying to get 8,000 steps a day. This includes walking outside my garden and inside my house stairs.
I also am using resistance bands, bodyweight, rice bags.
We can keep fit without a gym and gyms closing is not a big deal. People have lost jobs, etc.
