                    In your opinion what is best for fat loss
Would a combination of both be good.
I usually do treadmill but I hold on for stability. I dont hold too tight just for balance.

            Fat loss is caused by a calorie deficit. That comes mostly from your diet. In terms of exercise, the best exercise is one you enjoy and will do regularly. There is no specific one that is better for "burning fat" than any other. 300 calories burned from the treadmill is the same as 300 calories from the cross trainer.7
