How to do weekly check in

I am fasting for Ramadan and we have to eat at 3 am.

I have my nutrition in check. I would do a weekly check in but it will not be accurate as I will eat at 3.

The food will be in my stomach and give a false reading

    So why not just create a new baseline to go off of? You'll still be able to track/account for changes throughout Ramadan, then switch back to your normal routine.
