Making up for missed cardio
I am supposed to do 240 minutes of cardio a week I have done 140 minutes this week. I was thinking of doing 100 minutes tomorrow to make up for it. I have just started a clean bulk after a long cut. I will slowly reduce cardio but this is the first week of bulking. Is this a good idea ?

Hands and arms go numb
I have started running outside and have noticed after I finish my run. My hands, arms and shoulders feel numb and heavy. What could be causing this. I am on a couch to 5k program and I'm on the first week which includes running for 8 minutes in 1 minute increments.

Right shoulder giving way ?
I use dumbbell on my incline press. I have trouble with my right side. I can usually do more reps but the right side protracts and gives way before the left hand side.

When to start training after a cold
Hi all, I have been suffering with the cold for almost 4 days. I took time off work and the gym to rest. I am feeling better but I am still feeling tired and throat is still sore. I want to train for chest growth. I see so many people or hear people tearing their chest from flat bench. I focus on incline but I do flat as well. Is flat barbell really required or is there a safer alternative better. Can you tear you chest from flat dumbbell or flat machine ?

Missed a leg day
Hi all, I was meant to train legs today but decided to take a day off to rest. I will train legs tomorrow. I usually train legs on wednesday but because of this weeks schedule caused this to be be delayed. If I train legs Friday then again on Wednesday, will this be ok ?
