Hi all.
I used to train 5-6 days a week but because of Ramadan, I am only training 4 days a week maybe 5.

I will be training each body part once a week with the exception of arms which may be 2 times a week.

I have a training plan, which was set by my coach.

Why not do a fully body workout 3 days a week? Most sources will suggest working a muscle group 2-3 times a week. If you have a coach, what do they suggest?

If you're determined to do each body part once a week, don't make arms (the smallest muscle group) what you would add on a 4th day.

In the grand scheme of things, training each body part once per week for approximately a month is not going to cause problems. When I have a lot going on, I cut back on my training and usually do a full body workout twice per week. However, I can see how four shorter (one body part) sessions could be easier to manage with fasting.

It's 30 days, Unless you're coming up on a competition immediately following Ramadan, I'd suggest just taking Ramadan as a deload period and just going a bit lighter than your usual 4-5 days a week.
