Missed a leg day

Hi all,

I was meant to train legs today but decided to take a day off to rest. I will train legs tomorrow.

I usually train legs on wednesday but because of this weeks schedule caused this to be be delayed. If I train legs Friday then again on Wednesday, will this be ok ?

    Yea why not.. go for it. I think 5 days between leg days is more than enough. Many people train legs more than once a week with amazing results.

    As long as you aren’t working the same muscle group two days in a row you should be fine

    I usually work my legs 2-3 days a week... and I'm still standing. You're fine.
